Accessibility

Accessibility statement.

We want every visitor — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to learn about care and contact our practice.

Our commitment

DeLong Plastic Surgery is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

What we do

  • Text and interface colors are checked for sufficient contrast.
  • All pages can be navigated with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Images include text descriptions; staff review every description, including those suggested by AI tools, before publishing.
  • Pages use clear headings, labeled form fields, and descriptive buttons and links.
  • Animations are reduced for visitors who turn on reduced motion in their device settings.
  • Layouts adapt to phones, tablets, and zoomed text.

Known limitations

Some content, such as social-media players, linked third-party websites, and journal articles, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Social videos may not have accurate captions or audio descriptions; a post title does not replace these alternatives. You can keep embedded players off and contact the practice for information in an accessible format. We continue to make improvements. Automated checks are not a certification of ADA compliance.

Report a barrier

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in another format, please let us know. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need.

Call (310) 267-5518, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Please tell us the page you were on and the problem you ran into. Do not include medical information.

We will review your feedback and work with you on an accessible alternative.
